Hi!
I’M DIANE
I am a entrepreneur, softball player and bodybuilder who loves all things health and fitness. I am a certified personal trainer with a specialization in nutrition and lifestyle coaching as well as a B.COMM degree in management with a background in human psychology and kinesiology. My learning is ongoing!
Over the last 3 years, I have developed a passion for helping others establish a healthy lifestyle both mentally and physically that is enjoyable and sustainable. I believe that exercise is a celebration, not a punishment. Life is to be enjoyed and that is enjoying foods of all kinds without guilt. There is a healthy balance that is different for everyone and I am passionate about helping others find theirs.
I created my channel to help with the mental health crisis during COVID-19 in 2020 as a way to bring light to real struggles and inspire movement, personal healing, and to open the conversation for others to see that they are not alone. Movement of any kind so positively affects our mental health and can relieve anxiety, worry, stress and bring us to a place of happiness, self-love and fulfillment.
I believe positivity is a domino effect. My goal is to positively impact one person, with the hope that they will do the same to the next and overtime- create a domino effect of happy, healthy people who take care of themselves from the inside out.
Easy? not necessarily. Worth it? absolutely.
There is no right or wrong way of starting your journey, only that you start and are happy throughout the process.
